What's Wrong With The Prosperity Gospel?

"It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God." Ever heard that verse used to prove money is evil? The Prosperity Gospel is so controversial that most people react emotionally, whether they are pro- or anti-wealth.

Pastor Steve Cioccolanti, who has never been labeled a prosperity preacher, takes the critics' favorite verses one by one, from the rich young ruler to a little-known man in Proverbs 30, and reads what comes before and after. Even if the critics are right about the crooks, are they misconstruing the Bible to make their point? "You cannot cherry pick. You must allow the Bible to speak."

We need a biblical balance on every topic. Watch now and settle what the Bible says about wealth.
