My Part Your Part

Many Christians wonder if their pastor is supposed to do more, or get involved in more. Where is the line between the job of the pastor and the job of the sheep? Many disagreements and disappointments in church arise from mismatched expectations between the two.

Pastor Steve Cioccolanti, who has pastored Discover Church in Melbourne while writing books and traveling, takes you to Exodus 18 and Acts 6 to lay out the pastor's three-part job description and the sheep's surprisingly simple one. "You will get more benefit from a praying pastor than from a busy pastor."

You'll discover:

• The number one excuse people give for leaving a church
• Why the coach never runs onto the field
• What made David's three mighty men great
• How the same principle raises helpful teenagers

With the right expectations you will have joy keeping your part and avoid disappointment. Watch it with your team and find out which part is yours.
