Answers to Freethinkers - Part 2

"If God is against killing, why is there so much killing in the Old Testament?" Ask a freethinker why he isn't a Christian and that one comes up fast.

The Bible says, "Be ready always to give an answer to every man that asks you a reason for the hope that is in you." Pastor Steve Cioccolanti, a freethinker before he met Christ, answers the questions he is asked: When is it proper to kill? Why did God demand the death of the innocent? Did God commission the crusades?

His method: "Questions are the answers." One question turns the Old Testament objection on its head, and God asks one back.

Be ready to give an answer to everyone who asks you. Watch it before your next hard conversation.
